returns & exchanges

All product returns require prior approval by PCA SKIN®. Please call 877.PCA.SKIN [722.7546] for prior approval. Returns sent without authorization will be sent back to the buyer and product credit will not be issued.

Please note: PCA SKIN is not responsible for lost returns.

Unused, unopened or unmarked product may be returned for product credit within 60 days of the purchase date and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns must be shipped by the buyer to PCA SKIN, and must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Only product costs are subject to product credit; shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.

Patient returns due to dissatisfaction may be returned for product credit within four months of the purchase date from PCA SKIN. Patient returns must be shipped by the buyer before product will be considered for product credit and must include an RMA number.

Please note: We will honor this policy unless the products are not dispensed properly.

All leaking or defective product will be replaced immediately at no charge. PCA SKIN will enclose a prepaid UPS return label along with the product replacement. Leaking or defective product must be returned or the buyer will be charged for replacement product. PCA SKIN strictly monitors returns associated with Internet sales and we reserve the right to deny the return of products that were Internet purchases.

Trade show purchases or giveaways of products are final. Product missing or damaged in trade show orders taken at the booth must be reported to PCA SKIN within two weeks of the date the product was purchased. All defective products will be replaced immediately at no charge. PCA SKIN will enclose a prepaid UPS return label with your product replacement. Leaking or defective product must be returned or buyer will be charged for replacement product. PCA SKIN cannot take returns or exchanges at trade shows.

PCA SKIN does not issue cash refunds. We will exchange the product or issue a product credit toward future purchases.
